Lori Barber

Lori Barber has a 200-hour yoga alliance teacher certification and studied under Ana Brett and Ravi Singh, learning the Raviana method of Kundalini Yoga. She holds a Masters of Arts in History and Anthropology. She also has a plant-based nutrition certification. She came to the Kundalini Yoga (KY) path quite by accident. Fifteen years ago, she went to the library searching for an exercise DVD that would be different from the same-old exercise routine. She picked up a KY yoga DVD and was hooked. She has been practicing KY regularly every since! Lori teaches in Idaho Falls, ID at the Idaho Yoga Co-Op. When she is not doing yoga, she is a lecturer at Idaho State University in History, American Culture, Food Studies and Women Studies. She is passionate about helping people live life to the fullest through Kundalini Yoga, proper nutrition, education and exercise. At the co-op she teaches two classes/week of Kundalini Yoga. She aspires to keep her teaching style as close to the Raviana Method as possible.
