Sunflower Pâté Roll Up

This simple recipe combines 3 of the ingredients I think are most important for glowing skin and balanced energy: soaked seeds, seaweed, and avocado. The Pate will keep in your fridge for about 4 days.

1 cup soaked sunflower seeds
handful of sundried tomatoes
*Asofoteida & basil to taste
Nori sheets
shredded romaine lettuce (make sure lettuce is dry)

optional additions for your roll:cucumber, sprouts, carrots

Put the first 3 ingredients in the blender (or food processor) and blend to a paste. Spread a line of the pate along the center of your nori sheet and some of the shredded romaine. Add the avocado and whatever else you want to add to the mix: cucumber, sprouts, shredded carrots. Be careful not to overstuff and try to have the ingredients dry since nori gets soggy fast! Roll up and slice into whatever size rolls you desire. Enjoy!!

*Asofotedida is a great garlic substitute. You can find it in the spice rack of most any health food store.
