PMS and Kundalini Yoga

I wanted you to know that I am able to utilize \"Yoga Beauty Body\" with adjustments to completely heal myself from menstral cramping: I substitute the breath of fire for long diaphragmatic breathing while skipping the following exercises: chair, shoulder stand/plow, sat kriya
(as I have read it is best to avoid breath of fire and those exercises during menses). It is also helpful for me to engage in Yoga Beauty Body a couple of days prior to menses. I also drink raspberry tea as needed.

I feel the public could be greatly helped if they knew about my PMS antidote...I hope you will consider recommending \"Yoga Beauty Body\" with adjustments to battle certainly has helped me!\"
