Heartbreak and Loss

We feel that a strong Kundalini Yoga practice would be very beneficial in helping you return to a positive place and also help you to resolve your feelings of "heartbreak & loss."

Any of our DVDs would be good to practice. We especially recommend the mantra at the end of Ultimate Stretch Workout (for miracles of healing and grace), and the 2 mantras at the end of Kundalini Yoga Cardio Stretch & Strengthen (for personal power, and to invoke the compassion of the Divine Mother).

The meditation called So Darshan Chakra Kriya (it has its own listing in this archive) which will help you resolve the feelings that may be coming up for you. It will also increase your personal power and put you in a place where you are strong enough to handle whatever comes up. If "negative" feelings come up while you are meditating, it is a good thing because it is speeding up the process of emotional healing. You may even start to look forward to feeling those feelings because you will know that they are being resolved.

As you know, every closure creates an open door. Also, everything has its polarity, and the Universal law of compensation is a fact, so know that you will feel joy again. Kundalini Yoga can help you to develop the awareness to realize that nothing ends, only transforms. Whatever is lost will be gained again and the Universe insures that no pain goes unhealed. When you are having a hard time, we are sure that you will be able to use Kundalini Yoga and Meditation to make a quantum leap forward in every area of your life.
