Eczema can occur when the nerves near the surface of the skin are not getting enough oxygen supplied. Our skin cells need adequate blood flow and oxygen to avoid inflammatory conditions. Kundalini Yoga is one of the best things we know of for this condition because of its work on the nerves and the good amount of breathwork!

We also recommend the meditation which comes before the Deep Relaxation on our Meditation DVD (the relaxation would be great too, of course). In addition to the DVDs we mentioned, we also recommend an MSM supplement and an alkaline diet.

This meditation may be helpful: Sitting with a straight spine and hips square: raise your right hand as if taking an oath. Your left elbow is contacting the base of your ribs, left forearm parallel to the ground, palm facing up. Inhale long and light for 15 seconds. Hold the breath for 15 seconds. Exhale for 15 seconds.
