Cancer and Kundalini Yoga

Any and all of Kundalini Yoga will help to prevent cancer by keeping the body balanced and the cells integrity intact. Any and all of Kundalini Yoga is an amazing preventative tool for its ability to oxygenate the blood, regenerate the cells, resolve inner anger, resynchronize the bodys inner rhythms, and restore energy flows.

Kundalini Yoga also gives us the awareness to be alert to dangerous substances in our food and environment, as well sensitivity to whats going on in our bodies.

Complimentary approaches would be a raw food diet combined with enzyme therapy.

There is a powerful breath practice that is said to be an anti-cancer technique. It's call Bujang Kriya. Have your left hand cupped and placed against your body, palm facing up, just below your navel. Your right hand is raised as if taking an oath, index finger and thumbtip meeting. Your eyes in this are a sliver open looking down and in towards the tip of your nose. Extend your tongue and lightly holding your tongue in place by with your teeth. Inhale through the sides of your tongue and exhale through your nose, drawing your navel in. Continue for 11-31 min.

To end: Inhale deeply, hold the breath for up to 15 sec. as you tighten your whole body, then exhale powerfully through a rounded mouth. Repeat this ending breath twice more
