Ana's "It's Hot Out!" Strawberry Live Electrolyte Lemonade

4 lemons
1 tablespoon Flax or Coconut Oil (try for highest quality available)
1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
6 - 10 Strawberries (you can also make this kiwi, peach, blueberry, or apple, or watermelon lemonade. Whatever you have on hand.)
6 cups filtered (but not distilled) water
Optional: Agave, raw honey, or stevia to taste

*you can be creative with proportions to suit your taste. If you use watermelon you should use less water.

Put peeled lemons and all other ingredients in blender. Add sweetener until it tastes just sweet enough to make it delicious for you!
