    Yoga Bliss Hips!

    This is one of my favourite Ana and Ravi DVD's! I have a few and enjoy all of them. Set on a pure white background and produced with lovely music. I have quite tight hips so the title of this one appealed to me and I am glad that I bought it as I have noticed changes in my hips among other benefits too.

    The class begins with a tune in via a mantra and then progresses to a warm up section. I like the warm up section as it prepares my body and mind for the forthcoming sets. I like the structure of the DVD and enjoy the sets which work on hips but also other areas too. Inbetween sets are short periods of relaxation in savasana (lying down 'corpse' pose) and meditation periods which I like. There is a longer period of relaxation at the end and meditation prior to the end tune out. I work within my own limits on any given day and each day is different as to what I can achieve. Following the class I am energised, blissful and my hips are certainly free! lovely! The benefits are amazing for me!

    I had practiced Hatha yoga for approx one year prior to discovering Kundalini yoga. My main practice is now Kundalini Yoga.
