    Filmed on a pure white background the production is good and the music is lovely...helps to keep you going in the sets!

    The Kundalini Yoga class begins with a Tune in via a mantra. Next is the warm up section which I particularly enjoy and find beneficial for the following sets. Next comes the sets which I find very enjoyable and though I can't do everything for as long as Ana yet I have fun and do what is comfortable for me within my own limits on any given day..........I find that I am different everyday in some way or other as to what I can do. between sets are short periods of time in savasana (lying down 'corpse' pose) which I like as it gives you chance to rest and focus. Next comes the relaxation section which is followed by meditation and then the tune out via mantra. I feel energised and tranquil at the same time following the class and this continues into my day (I do morning practice).

    During the Class Ravi gives encouragement which I find helpful and if I open my eyes at any time Ana is inspiring.

    Kundalini Yoga for Beginners and Beyond is one of my favourites!

    I had practiced Hatha yoga for approx one year prior to discovering Kundalini yoga. Kundalini Yoga is now my main practice.
